How do I place an order?

How long does delivery take?

Can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
